Our cast iron products are solid, durable, and naturally heavy—please review item dimensions and weight carefully before ordering.

Due to the weight and shipping costs of cast iron items, returns are accepted within our stated return window only.

To ensure the best experience, please inspect your package upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

🚚 Shipping Damage Policy

We carefully pack every order, but once an item is in transit, damage may occur due to the carrier.

If there is visible damage to the shipping box, please take photos before opening.

Damage caused during shipping will be handled according to Etsy’s Purchase Protection policies.

In some cases, Etsy may issue a refund directly after review.

🎁 Gift Orders

If purchasing as a gift:

We strongly recommend opening and inspecting the item upon delivery, even if you plan to gift it later.

Waiting until the gift is opened a month's later may limit resolution options.
