How do I return an item if I change my mind?
I take pride in all of my creations. I want all my customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. If you're not pleased with your purchase within 3 days of receiving your items, please convo me, and we'll discuss if replacement or refund is needed.
All returns must be sent back in NEW and UNDAMAGED condition. We recommend USPS tracking and insurance.
Please note, we do not accept returns on Custom Orders.
Once we receive your return in new, undamaged condition we will issue you a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping cost is not refunded.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deduct
