How do I dispose of the packaging?

Your products are carefully packaged with compostable, recyclable and refillable/reusable materials. Please compost, reuse or recycle your product packaging according to package instructions to help our Mama Earth.

How are the products scented? Are essential oils used?

I gently scent my products using safely diluted essential oils, and offer unscented options for my entire product line for sensitive skin folks. Individuals who are pregnant, nursing or have a medical condition should always consult with their physician before using any product containing essential oils. For this reason, some of my products containing essential oils may not be suitable for children under 6 years old.

How do I store my products? What is the shelf life?

Store products in a cool, dry place. Preferably using a soap drying dish or mesh drying bag.

Products remain shelf stable for about 12 months (unless stated otherwise) if stored/handled properly.

Allergy information?

Please read the ingredients list for your product carefully. Know your allergies and skin sensitivities. Test a small patch of skin with a product & wait 24 hours. If an allergic reaction occurs, discontinue use.

What is the estimated processing time?

I handcraft your products in a small, one-woman operated studio here in Milwaukee, WI. Because your product is being handmade to order for optimal freshness, expect processing of your order to take 1-3 business days.

Do you accept returns? What if my product arrives damaged?

Due to the nature of "made to order" products, returns are not accepted.

If your product arrives damaged due to shipping, we will replace it. Just email us at info@corvusbeauty.com with your order information and a photo of the damaged product. We will send a replacement once we receive the email.

Do you offer pickup options for Seattle locals?

For Milwaukee locals: If you would like to arrange a local pickup and forego shipping charges, I can accommodate this. Just leave a comment when you order stating "LOCAL PICKUP - NO SHIPPING" and I will refund your shipping charges. I will then direct message you via Etsy to arrange the pickup location and time.
