Studio opening times 9am to 5pm weekdays.
Processing times can vary during busy times, but normally 1 to 2 working days after ordering.
UK customers, orders are shipped using Royal Mail24 or Special Delivery. (see terms)
USA customers -All fees/tariffs are included in the final price at checkout. Your State Taxes -(if applicable) are calculated by Etsy and payable at time of purchase. USA Tariffs. I use Royal Mail Postal Delivery Duties Paid (DDP) service. This means international tariffs are paid at time of purchase for a smooth buying experience. IMPORTANT notice for USA customers. Your shipping charge covers the DDP Tariff fees payable to USA customs. In the event of a product returning to seller, for whatever reason, the DDP fees are non refundable by the seller.
All flowers are designed and handmade exclusively by me in my UK studio. Commissions welcome! I can create a single stem, or bouquet. Mini replica's of your wedding bouquet for an anniversary gift are very popular, please book in early!

Shipping to UK using Royal Mail24 Tracked
Shipping to USA using Royal Mail International DDP Services. All duties, fee's / tariffs are included in the final price prior to checkout. ( DDP Services: Royal Mail offers Delivery Duties Paid (DDP) services to pre-pay tariffs, avoiding surprise fees for recipients. )
Orders can be posted directly to recipient. (just put their address in the deliver to section)

PROCESSING TIME-
Once an order is placed I aim to dispatch as soon as possible, most orders are on the way the next business day after purchase, I may need a further day during very busy times! You can see dispatch and delivery aims on item page and checkout before completing your transaction, or contact me for any questions you might have. For fast and reliable delivery I use Royal Mail tracked services. I post out on business days, Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.

DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
Contents are insured for damage in transit, please contact me within 3 days of your order arriving and keep all packaging as photographic evidence is required by the insurance services to initiate a claim.

LOST PACKAGES
Before a claim can be submitted Royal Mail quote the following wait times, these are in addition to the delivery aims.
For a UK address - 10 working days (total wait time 13 business days)
For an International address - 25 working days (total wait time 35 business days)

RETURNS
I hope you will be delighted with your order, however if you have any issues please email me within 3 days of arrival with your order number for help and advice. Exchanges are possible, guidelines apply please contact me to discuss.
Return guidelines,
•Request to return must be made within 3 days of item arrival
•Please note, custom orders and personalised items are non-returnable, personalised items include flowers with engraved hearts.
•Packages must not be returned without prior agreement
•Once approved for return item must be returned in its original packaging/box.
•Returns must be made using a tracked service
•Buyer to pay return postage costs
•Original postage costs are non-refundable
•Once your item arrives back at the studio a refund will be issued to the original buyer and method of payment.

PHOTO PROPS
I use a varied selection of photo props including vases, bird cages, postcards, vintage papers, art boards, paper backgrounds, books, and more. These are used as a styling guide for photos. All photo props are my personal items and not included with your purchase. If you are unsure about what is included please contact me and I will be happy to advise.
