5 out of 5 starsIt was very quick to receive a custom order. Only wish I could have had a chance to see the different hide offers befor the bag was completely made. I would have chose a slightly different pattern. Other than that the bag is stunning and very well made. Thank you again

5 out of 5 starsWe ran into an unfortunate situation where the original order was damaged by the courier, but this was not the fault of the seller at all. I am happy to say that the seller did all they could to rectify the issue, and replaced our duffle bag at no extra cost. While it took a long time to process the replacement, I am extremely happy with the product. Quality goods, and a beautiful duffel bag that I am excited to travel with anywhere. I recommend this seller - they are honest and prompt, and the product is as described.

5 out of 5 starsThis was my first time shopping on Etsy in a while and my first time ordering from overseas. I wasn’t familiar with the international shipping process, but once everything was sorted out, my order arrived even faster than some items I had purchased within the US! The seller was very informative, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. They sent me a picture of the rug and explained every detail before shipping it, which I really appreciated. The rug looks amazing and is exactly as described. The natural smell is pretty normal for genuine cowhide, so that wasn’t a surprise. I plan to turn this rug into a pair of pants, and this seller offered the best price for the size I needed. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and the customer service I received. I would definitely order from this seller again if I need an
