What size shirt should I order?

A size chart will be included as one of the photos on every apparel listing. Please refer to this chart when choosing your size as different styles may have different sizing. I cannot suggest or select a shirt size for you since everyone has different body types and fit preferences. All shirts are made to order based on the size you select at checkout, and while I do not accept returns in general, I am also not able to accept a return or do an exchange due to any sizing issue. If you are looking for a size 2X or 3X unisex T-shirt, these are available in black and white only. Please contact me so I can set up a custom order for you in these sizes as pricing will vary.

Can you do a custom order for me?

I will accept customized and personalized orders. These could be a brand new design or an edit to an already existing design. Before placing your order, please message me with what you are looking for prior to ordering. I will determine the feasibility of completing your request and provide you with a price quote which must be accepted before I set up the custom order link for you. (In some cases, I will ask you to check out with an existing listing and leave notes to me upon checkout with your edit requests to the design.) Please do not purchase an item and leave edit requests without contacting me or receiving a reply first otherwise I cannot promise that I can accommodate your request.

Will I receive my order by a specific date?

While I am more than happy to work on orders as quickly as I possibly can, there are a lot of factors that come into play from the time you place your order until the time that it is delivered to you. If I have the materials and supplies needed to make your order in stock, I can certainly ship it out more quickly. However, I am not able to guarantee a specific delivery date and/or time. Once I drop packages off at the post office or shipping partner, I have no control over the transit time. I do, however, offer an upgrade to priority shipping (versus first class) on most items - this will increase the likelihood of the shipping carrier delivering to you sooner, but I still cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.

Can I buy SVG files of your designs?

Thank you so much for your interest in my designs. I am thrilled when people love them so much that they would like to create other items with them. I spend a lot of time generating ideas, selecting fonts, and working on graphics and layouts. Because of the time invested in creating designs, it is my desire to keep them exclusive to my shop and have decided not to sell SVG or digital files at this time. I understand you may want to use your own garment, though! I do offer DIY Iron-On designs for sale of many of my designs so you can iron on to your own shirt, tank top, sweatshirt, hoodie, tote bag, whatever! If you would like to purchase an iron-on of a design and you don't see it in the shop, please contact me. I'm happy to set this up.

Can I have a discount code?

From time to time I will put certain items in the shop on sale or even have a whole shop sale. These are generally announced on Instagram first, so please follow me at @craftdesignsbyj9 to make sure you don't miss anything. Sometimes I will also have special coupon codes for my social media followers and/or for people who subscribe to my shop here on Etsy. Other than these avenues to receive discounts, I do not make coupon codes available upon request nor do I accept best offers Prices are as published. (Price adjustments also not available on prior purchases)

If you are interested in placing a bulk order with me (15 items or more in a single transaction), please contact me before ordering so that we can discuss potential bulk discounts.

Can I cancel, return, or exchange my order?

Unfortunately no. I begin working on orders as soon as possible and purchase materials right away. I also do not keep stock of ready-made items and everything I sell is made to order based on the specifications (color, size, design, etc.) that you choose at the time of your check out. Please be sure you are choosing the options you actually want before completing your transaction. Once you have placed your order, it is final.

What do I do if I checked out using the wrong shipping address?

It's important to be very careful when you are checking out to make sure that the address you would like your order shipped to is the shipping address you enter for your order. However, mistakes can be made. Please contact me via Etsy message as soon as you realize there is an error (Use the same account & include your order number!) If I haven't shipped your order yet, I can still change the shipping address. If you order has already been shipped, unfortunately you would need to reorder. If your order is returned to me as undeliverable/insufficient address, I will contact you 2x to pay the re-shipping costs. After 91 days, all undelivered items will be destroyed. No refunds will be available in any undeliverable/insufficient address cases.

Is there anything additional I need to know about shipping outside of the US?

Not really. Just make sure your address is absolutely correct when you check out since that will be the exact address I use to print a shipping label. Just like with domestic orders, I cannot guarantee a delivery date for international orders, and it is very likely that they may be in transit for much longer. Once I dispatch an item, it is out of my control. Any customs, import, or VAT taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Items are not returnable and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, but especially not if an item is returned to me because it was not collected! I will not mark customs forms as gifts or returns, and I will only use the actual price paid for the item as the declared value as required by law.

Can you waive my tax or customs fees?

I wish I could, but I can't. For domestic orders, some states require Etsy to collect tax on applicable items. This is not something that I program in or have any control over - Etsy does it all and will calculate and charge tax in these states automatically. If you have questions about the tax collected on Etsy's behalf, please contact Etsy's customer service.

For international orders, you may be required to pay customs, import, or VAT fees. Just like the US tax, these are not fees that I can waive. If you do not pay these fees to collect your item and it is returned to me, I will contact you ONCE to arrange for repayment of shipping fees. I will not falsify customs forms. After 91 days, returned items will be released. No refunds.

Where do you ship?

We can ship almost everywhere! However, from time to time our carrier partners are unable to ship to certain countries. While this list is subject to change, we currently are not able to ship to the following locations: Afghanistan, Belarus, Bhutan, Brunei, Chad, Cuba, Ecuador, Iran, Laos, Libya, Mongolia, North Korea, Russia, Samoa, South Sudan, Syria, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Ukraine (including Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions), and Yemen. Orders placed with shipping addresses to these countries or any other country to which we are not able to ship will be refunded and canceled.

Please note - while we do ship internationally, some products in our shop may be limited to certain countries beyond the list above.
