😊 Hi, I'm Chan – thank you for being here!

🎨 How Custom Orders Work – 3 Simple Steps

Step 1 – Fill in the customization fields below

You will find several personalization fields on this listing. Please complete the ones that apply to your order:

· Custom Engraving Text – Enter name, quote, or date (max 50 characters)
· Design File Upload – Upload SVG, or ANY FORMAT file
· Color/Pattern Preference – Select from dropdown options
· Special Instructions – Any additional notes for me
· Confirmation Checkbox – Confirm you understand custom order policies

📌 Only need engraved text? No design file needed. Just fill in the "Custom Engraving Text" field – it's free of charge.

Step 2 – I will send you a design proof

Within 24 hours of your order, I will:

· Send you a mockup/preview via Etsy Messages
· Ask for your explicit confirmation before I start crafting

⚠️ Production begins ONLY after you reply "CONFIRM" to the design proof.

Step 3 – Production & shipping

· Processing time: 1–2 business days after final design approval
· Estimated delivery: 10–15 business days

🚫 Custom Order Guidelines

✅ I Accept:

· Custom engraved text (names, quotes, dates)
· Custom logos, artwork, organization names (with proof of usage rights)
· Design file uploads in AI/PNG/EPS/PDF format (Any format works)

❌ I Do NOT Accept:

· Copyrighted/Trademarked images without proof of ownership
· Offensive, hateful, or inappropriate content
· Last-minute changes after confirmation

💡 For custom logo/artwork orders, you must demonstrate that you have the right to use the design. I reserve the right to refuse any custom order for any reason.

📦 Delivery Insurance & Returns

· Delivery insurance included – If your package is lost, damaged, or undelivered, please contact me before leaving feedback. I will make it right.
· Custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a craftsmanship defect.

💕 A Friendly Tip

The photos in this listing are examples only. Because every case is handcrafted from real wood and natural shell, no two are exactly alike. Your case may vary slightly – but I promise the quality will be excellent.

Warmly,
Chan
