How do I care for my jewelry?
It is important to properly care for simulated diamonds to keep them shiny and radiant for many years.
Remove your ring when working out, showering or bathing, when applying lotions, using hairspray, or chemicals such as acetone.
Use a soft brush to clean the stones themselves, scrubbing gently with warm, mild soapy water to get rid of any dirt accumulation. Rinse the stones well in warm water, since soap scum can build up easily, and then pat it dry with a soft, clean cloth. Don't ever use tissues to wash or dry jewelry

What is your warranty Policy?
All of our items are covered by a 30-day quality guarantee! We typically don’t accept returns for customize jewellery, we will provide replacement if we found valid reason and we are happy to help with any situation so please reach out with any concerns.
Please note the buyer will be responsible for return label charge.
Can I cancel my order after 24 hours and after making the ring?
Yes you can request us but if your order has proceed for making process then we deduct the etsy fee 6.5% of total value + Cad Making Charge ($10 USD).
If your order has been made successfully and ship from us in this case and you want to cancel the order then we will deduct the cad making Charge + tax value + 6.5% etsy fee from the total amount and rest amount will refund to you.
What is your replacement or exchange return Policy?
We don't have refund policy we have only exchange or replacement policy so we can provide only exchange or replacement of the item.
If any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to exchange & replacement the item for you to better meet your needs and tastes.
You can replace the purchased items within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or replacement on orders and after receiving the item will make the replacement and send to you.
Please note custom orders and engrave orders are not refundable. because we have made it specially for you.

When will my order ship out?
You can check your etsy receipt for the estimated ship date. Simply go to your purchases and look for the receipt from our shop (https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases).
✤ MADE TO ORDER - These designs are custom-made & take about 6 - 9 business days for making (Monday - Friday, weekends excluded) upon receiving all information to complete and ship out. We carefully craft made-to-order pieces primarily by hand, so the creation process can take some time.
✤We do Standard Shipping through India Post/USPS, which will take 9-12 working days for delivery.
✤We do express shipping through DHL Express/UPS/FedEx and it will take 4-6 Working days for delivery but the express shipping cost will $45 USD.
What Size Should I Order?
✤ BRACELET/BANGLE - I always recommend ordering a size that is 0.5 to 1 inch larger than your actual wrist size. For example, if your wrist is 5 inches then I’d order a 5.5 or 6 inch bangle/bracelet. We can provide a sizing chart for both bracelets and necklaces for reference upon request.
✤ NECKLACE – All sizes are in inches and the size includes both Pendant + CHAIN combined to equal the length.
✤ RINGS – Please try to get your finger sized if you do not know your ring size. Any local jewellery store or department store can size your finger in a few minutes time. For any ring size conversion needs please refer to www.ringsizes.co for a conversion chart.
Do you only make jewellery in 10k or 14k Gold and do you only carry Moissanite?
We can make our jewellery in 925 sterling silver, 10/14/18k Yellow/White/ Rose Gold & 950 Platinum and most of our jewellery are set with moissanite however you have the option of changing stones to natural diamond, lab grown diamond or colored gem or upgrade them. We offer almost any type of gems such as morganite, aquamarine, white sapphire etc..!
