All orders are sent first class via Royal Mail, and are dispatched next business day Monday to Friday (not including bank holidays).

Royal Mail aim to deliver first class items in 1 - 3 business days. They don't guarantee this time frame and they don't include a tracking number with this service - only proof of postage.

If you need your order urgently I recommend sending me a message prior to placing your order so we can discuss delivery.

Please be aware that on occasion Royal Mail can experience significant delays in their delivery network. These delays can result in delivery taking 1 - 2 weeks. With this in mind, and to avoid disappointment I recommend ordering at least 2 weeks before the date you need your card.

At Creationery, we don't use machines, everything is made and cut by hand, no two cuts or pieces will ever be identical and every single cut will be different.

We are eco friendly (yay!) - all materials used are recycled, which means slight flecks may appear, we feel this just adds to the rustic feel of our products.

Please double check all spelling in the personalisation field prior to ordering as we are not responsible for any spelling errors provided to us.

To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information, if you contact me directly.

Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
- Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.

I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, taxation reports, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements.
