The choice is yours:
(2) Payment by bank transfer
(3) Payment by PayPal
(The payment method PayPal allows you to pay securely, easily and quickly in online shops. The purchase amount will be transferred immediately to our bank account. So you will receive your goods even faster. The prerequisite for payment with PayPal is a user account registered free of charge with PayPal.)
(4) Retention of title
Until full payment, the delivered goods remain the property of the provider.
(5) A receipt of payment is expected within 7 days from the date of purchase.
After fruitless expiry of this period, the buyer is no longer entitled to the ordered goods and these will be released for sale again.

Shipping

(1) The provider delivers the goods within 4-6 working days from receipt of payment.

(2) For products that have been ordered individually, the delivery time shall be increased by one week if the customer commissions such individualization.

(3) Several products ordered at the same time are delivered in a joint shipment. The delivery time of the product with the longest delivery time applies to the joint shipment. If the customer wishes the delivery of a specific product with a shorter delivery time in advance, he must order this product separately.

These costs correspond to the shipping costs agreed upon at the time of conclusion of the contract.

Additional policies and FAQs

Contractual conditions within the framework of purchase contracts concluded via the platform between Christine Vetter, Breslauerstr.2, 78166 Donaueschingen - hereinafter referred to as 'Provider' - and the customers referred to in § 2 of the contract - hereinafter referred to as "Customer".

§ 1 Scope, Definitions

1. The business relationship between the webshop provider (hereinafter referred to as "provider") and the customer (hereinafter referred to as "customer") shall be governed exclusively by the following General Terms and Conditions in the version valid at the time of the order. Deviating conditions of the customer are not recognized, unless the provider expressly agrees to their validity in writing.

2. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their independent professional activity. On the other hand, an entrepreneur is any natural or legal person or partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding the contract, acts in the exercise of his commercial or independent professional activity.
§ 2 Conclusion of contract

1. The customer can select products from the assortment of the provider and collect them via the button "Add to cart" in a so-called shopping cart. Via the button "Buy" he submits a binding application for the purchase of the goods in the shopping cart and confirms the terms and conditions as well as the cancellation policy of the provider. Before sending the order, the customer can change and view the data at any time. The customer can access the page on which his data has been recorded at any time before a binding order is placed by pressing the "back button" in the browser. Input errors can be corrected here. By closing the Internet browser, the order process can be cancelled.

2. After placing an order, the provider sends the customer an automatic confirmation of receipt by e-mail, in which the customer's order is listed again and which the customer can print out via the "Print" function. The automatic acknowledgement of receipt merely documents that the customer's order has been received by the provider and does not constitute acceptance of the application. The contract is only concluded by the submission of the declaration of acceptance by the provider, which is sent with a separate e-mail (order confirmation).

3. The provider stores the text of the contract and sends the order data to the customer by e-mail. The terms and conditions of the provider can also be viewed by the customer at any time under www.etsy.com/de/shop/CrisasHaekelwelt/policy?ref=shopinfo_policies_leftnav. Past orders can be viewed in the customer area under Your account ---> purchases.

Liability

1. Claims of the customer for damages are excluded. Excluded from this are claims for damages of the customer from injury to life, limb, health or from the violation of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) as well as liability for other damages based on an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty by the provider, his legal representatives or vicarious agents. Essential contractual obligations are those whose fulfilment is necessary to achieve the objective of the contract.
.
2. In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, the Provider shall only be liable for the foreseeable damage typical of the contract if this was caused by simple negligence, unless the Customer's claims for damages resulting from injury to life, limb or health are concerned.
