5 out of 5 starsThe moissanite marquise cut diamond I got for my fiancée was beautiful. I got a 2.5 ct. and it came looking like the exact picture. The customer service was phenomenal and I would recommend buying from here. The biggest thing for me was that my fiancée loved the ring and it fit perfect. It was true to size and the constant updates about the ring was great! I want to thank the team for making this possible. October 18th is now a special day forever!!!

4 out of 5 starsI ended up with a beautiful wedding band that I’m very happy with, and it looks gorgeous with my engagement ring. The finished piece is well made, the diamonds are beautiful, and the final CAD matched the look I had originally requested. The custom-design process was more frustrating than expected, though. It took four CAD revisions to get there, and I often felt like I was repeating the same details. There was also confusion around the diamond size/carat weight compared with the original inspiration, and some communication felt abrupt. When spending close to $900 on a sentimental custom piece, patience and clarity matter. That said, the final ring is exactly what I wanted. I would still recommend CrownStones for the quality, but custom buyers should be prepared to be very hands-on.

Do you offer a custom jewelry-making service, and how does it work?
Yes, we specialise in full-custom design and can create the jewelry piece you desire. Please share your ideas with us, and I (Fenil) will design the jewelry from scratch; it will be a one-of-a-kind piece. Send us a message, and we'll work together to bring your vision to life.
Do you have a return and exchange policy?
Yes. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange it. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost, and a refund will be issued after the package is received and inspection is completed.
NOTE: Return and Exchange policy excludes any custom orders.
How did you choose the diamond for the jewelry and Do you proivde IGI certificate for Lab Grown Diamonds?
Every diamond will be hand-picked by our experts, who handcraft it with maximum sparkle and fire, ensuring a 100% guarantee of quality.
Yes, we are providing the IGI certificate for the centre lab-grown diamond only, which includes detailed information on the diamond, such as colour, clarity, carat weight, and cut.

Yes, they are 100% real lab-grown diamonds. Lab-grown diamonds are diamonds, just like natural diamonds. The primary difference lies in their origin. Lab-grown diamonds are grown in controlled environments, while natural diamonds form naturally in the earth's mantle. Chemically and physically, they are chemically, physically, and optically identical to natural diamonds, with the same hardness, brilliance, and fire.
Yes, all our jewelry is conflict-free and ethical. We use lab-grown diamonds, which are created in controlled environments without the harmful mining practices associated with traditional diamonds. Are all your jewellery handmade?
Yes, all the jewelry we make is designed by me (Fenil), and it's 100% handmade because we believe it adds an extra charm and love to the jewelry. Furthermore, every piece of jewelry is made to order and made from scratch.
Are you using solid metal for all jewelry and will it be hallmarked stamp?
Yes, we only work with solid metals, such as real gold (white, yellow, and rose), 925 silver, or platinum.
Every piece of jewelry comes with a metal-purity stamp, a hallmark stamp, and a metal purity certificate.
We do not work with plated materials or any low-quality materials. We use only the highest quality materials.
Additionally, we include a certificate of authenticity with your order for your peace of mind.
Do you provide payment plans?
Yes, we can start the work by accepting half of the payment as a deposit of the order amount. We will complete the jewelry within 2 weeks. We will then send you the finished product photos, request another half payment, and ship the order to you. Minimum order value CAD $500.
Jewelry Care and Cleaning Instructions
To keep your jewelry looking as brilliant as the day you received it, we recommend having it checked periodically by your preferred local jeweler for routine cleaning and inspection.
Alternatively, you can follow the care and cleaning instructions provided below to maintain its shine and durability.
Please note that jewelry can wear down over time, and stones may loosen or fall out if not properly cared for.
CrownStones is not liable for damage or loss caused by improper care, and we do not offer free repair services in such cases.
However, we are happy to assist with repairs at an additional cost. If you have any questions or would like to request a repair service, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Jewelry Care and Cleaning Instructions
It is important to properly care for diamonds to keep them shiny and radiant for many years.
Do not put your ring with other metal items together, as the stone and the gold may be destroyed.
Remove your ring when working out, showering, or bathing, when applying lotions, using hairspray, or chemicals such as acetone.
Use a soft brush to clean the stones themselves, scrubbing gently with warm, mild, soapy water to get rid of any dirt accumulation. Rinse the stones well in warm water since soap scum can build up easily, and then pat it dry with a soft, clean cloth. Don't ever use tissues to wash or dry jewelry.
