Custom and personalized orders

I love custom orders here at Cup Confections!! Simply send me a convo to see what options are available to you if you don't see what you have in mind on the shop page. You can add the specific thread color choice, or the name/initials/nick name you would like monogrammed in the "Note to Seller" at checkout. There is no extra charge for a name versus initials. I can do these wraps however you want! I am open to ideas and suggestions!

Sizing details

You are able to choose the size Yeti wrap you need when checking out. Simply choose 10 oz Lowball, Colster, 20 oz., or 30oz. at checkout from the drop down menu. I also make the canteen wraps. Send me a convo or request a custom listing to get one of these made for you.

Care instructions

Spot clean and lay your wrap out to dry for best results. Do NOT put this in the washer and dryer (especially the leather, burlap, or any other specialty wraps with trim). Scotch Guard for fabrics would be a good choice to spray over your wrap to help repel water and stains and keep your wrap looking new! Look at the "Shop Policies" section to see more tips and tricks on washing your wrap.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All items shipped from Cup Confections will be presented in a nice and neat package ready to give as a gift, or keep for yourself! Such a Sweet Eye Candy Treat!!!

Larger/breakable/bendable items such as lids and straws will have biodegradable bubble wrap around them, while soft items such as wraps and tassels straws will have a cellophane wrapping. If you would like to include a note for a recipient, or leave out the packing slip, simply leave that info in note to seller at checkout and I will include one for you! The packing slip is included in every package, but the price is not shown in the event that this is a gift.

When Will My Item Ship?

The shipping schedule will vary, but more than likely will not be less than 8-10 business days on average. If you need your wrap IN A RUSH, please send me a convo and I will let you know if I am able to accommodate. It will depend on current orders, or other happenings going on in life. You can also leave a "suggested need by date" in the note to seller at checkout, but to ensure I see the note in a timely manner, please send me a convo.
