Do you offer personalization on your items?
I do offer personalization on many of my products! Just look for the “Add personalization” box on the listing or message us directly if you have something specific in mind. We love making your items feel extra special!
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–6 business days, and delivery time depends on your location. Typically, U.S. orders arrive within 2-5 business days after processing. You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your item ships!
Can I cancel or change my order after it's placed?
Since our items are made to order, we begin production shortly after purchase. If you need to make changes, please reach out within 2 hours of placing your order—we’ll do our best to catch it before production starts. Unfortunately, once production begins, we can’t cancel or alter the order.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Oh no—we’re so sorry! Please send us a message with photos of the issue within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll happily replace or correct the item at no extra cost. Your satisfaction means everything to us!
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Since each item is made to order, we don’t accept return or exchanges. However, I always aim to make every customer happy. if there’s a problem with your order (wrong item, misprint, damaged), please reach out, we’ll absolutely make it right!
Do you offer gift wrapping or custom messages?
Currently, we don't offer gift wrapping, but you can include a gift message during checkout! Our packing slips don’t show prices, so your recipient won’t see the cost.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?
Yes we do! Contact me for bulk pricing!
Do you offer expedited shipping?
At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping or upgrades, and all orders are shipped with our standard shipping method.
Our team works hard to get everything out the door quickly, but once it's handed off to the carrier, transit times are out of our control, especially during the busy holiday season.
If you need this item by a specific date, I recommend placing the order ASAP to give it the best chance of arriving on time! Let me know if I can help with anything else.
What happens if an item arrives with the wrong personalization?
Unfortunately this does happen sometimes, but I will ALWAYS make it right!
I can either:
Send you a replacement at no cost, or
Issue you a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Just let me know which option works best for you, and I’ll take care of it right away!
Do you offer custom designs?

I’m happy to offer complimentary edits to ensure your design is just right! Each order/listing includes 2 revisions so we can fine-tune details like names, dates, colors, or small text adjustments.
Additional edits beyond the included revision limit — or requests that require significant layout or design changes — will be considered a custom design service and may require an additional fee.
Please note:
2 complimentary edits are offered prior to production only (after you have placed your order)
Extensive back-and-forth revisions may delay turnaround time.
