Different than the ordinary...
My name is Kelly Nienaltowski and I am an artist of many sorts living in the Los Angeles area. Creativity has always been a major part of my life. My artistic journey began as a very young child when I would reenact scenes from movies and television shows. This led to acting classes, performances, my BFA in Acting from Webster Conservatory of Theatre Arts in St. Louis, Missouri, and my move to Los Angeles where I have appeared on stage, in film, in commercials, and in voice overs.
The artistic side I express here on Etsy is my collection of handmade cards. This all came about a couple years ago when I walked into a local Paper Source. My intention was to buy blank cards to fill out and give to my fellow cast members for our opening night performance. I left with so much more, literally and figuratively. Ever since, I have been making cards for any and all occasions, learning different techniques and discovering my own style.
Through my shop, I want share my work and help spread joy to people's mailboxes. There is something special and very personal about receiving snail mail in this largely digital age. My hope is that my style and humor can be appreciated, and that my curiosity can continue to fuel my artistic endevours.
