5 out of 5 starsShipping did not apply in my case as I got a digital item. Great quality picture. Received within 3 days of purchase. Customizable. Seller was fast to respond, responded well to feedback and was incredibly wonderful when I requested an edit. Would highly recommend! Great gift for any Bob's Burger fans!

Frequently asked questions
What kind of photos do you need?
You could send me any photo that you have, but full-body pictures with explanations of clothes, poses, and accessories will be helpful
But no worries if you only have a half-body or even a selfie😄
I see that this listing is digital only, but do you offer printing services such as canvas, framed poster, or t-shirt?
Yes! This listing is a high-resolution digital file only. There's no physical shipping. My clients prefer to print it themselves via a local printing service.
But you could check my print service section too if you want to receive the printed version as well ☺️
How do I upload my photo for my order?
After you placed an order, please kindly send the pictures and other details regarding your order to custom.art.capital@gmail.com as an attachment, so I can start working on it 🤗
Can I request revisions if I think the result didn't meet my expectations?
I want to make sure you're 100% satisfied with your order! You may request any touchup that is possible to ensure you are happy with the final drawing!
What size will my portrait be?
To make sure that you have the highest quality of portrait, the default size is 36x24 inches, 300dpi. But please tell me if you want another size. I will gladly resize it for you 😊
I would like to merge multiple photos together to make one portrait. Is it possible?
Absolutely! 🧡
What is the cancellation/exchange/refund policy?
Refunds/exchanges/cancellations will not be accepted due to the digital nature of the product. I have already made an effort to draw your request as best as I could. Every drawing that I made is hand-made and built from scratch, no photoshop filter is used.
But I also realize that I'm a human also that sometimes makes mistakes, and I'm willing to revise it if you think it didn't meet your expectations, this is my responsibility as an artist.
