Privacy Policy — Cyzor Creations:

This Privacy Policy describes how and why I might collect, store, use, and share your information when you purchase from my shop or contact me through Etsy.

Information I Collect
To fulfill your order and provide my products, I rely on certain information you provide through Etsy, including your name, the email or contact details you use to reach me, and your order details. I do not collect payment card numbers — all payments are processed securely by Etsy.

Why I Need Your Information and How I Use It
I rely on this information to:

Deliver your digital files and provide customer support
Respond to your messages and any questions or requests
Comply with applicable legal and tax obligations (such as retaining transaction records)
Resolve disputes or troubleshoot problems with an order
I only use your information as necessary to complete your order and provide the service you requested.

Information Sharing and Disclosure
I do not sell your personal information. I only share it when necessary to run my shop or comply with the law, including:

Etsy. I share information with Etsy as required to operate my shop and use their services.
Service providers. I may share information with trusted providers who help me operate (for example, file delivery), only as needed.
Legal compliance. I may share information to comply with the law, respond to lawful requests, or protect my rights.
Data Retention
I retain your information only as long as necessary to provide my service and comply with legal obligations (such as tax and accounting requirements), after which I dispose of it securely.

Your Rights
If you are located in the EU/EEA (or a region with similar laws), you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information I hold about you, and to object to or restrict how I use it. To exercise any of these rights, message me through Etsy. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

How to Contact Me
For any privacy questions or concerns, or to exercise your rights, please message me through Etsy and I'll respond as quickly as I can.

That's your Privacy policy done — and with it, your entire shop-policy section (returns, cancellations, privacy) is complete. Your shop is fully set up top to bottom.
