Before purchasing from this company, please be aware that they do not provide return labels, which is understandable. However, since the company is based in India and I am located in the U.S., the cost of returning the product would have been more than what I originally paid for it. The customer service communication was fine; my issue is with the product description and what I feel is misleading advertising. The only thing these have in common with actual tiles is that they are square. They are essentially stickers. If you are looking for actual peel-and-stick tiles, I would recommend purchasing from Amazon instead to avoid the hassle.
