Custom and personalized orders

Many of items can be personalized so please contact us if you have a special request. We offer many color options in our designs, so if you do not see one that fits your needs, let us know! Custom and personalized orders are not able to be returned unless it arrives damaged or we have made a mistake on your order.

Do you accept cancellations and returns?

Every order is made to the customers specifications, so please be sure you have provided us with the correct information such as correct name spelling. We are not responsible for misspellings by the customer.

We do not accept cancellations once materials have been ordered or item has started production.

If we can resell an item then we may consider a refund, that is determined on a case to case basis. Personalized items will not be refunded.

Returns or replacements are not accepted because of a change of heart. Returns will only be accepted because of defects. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for any returns.

Returns or refunds will not be given for shipping delays outside of Daisy Lane's control.

Care instructions

Care instructions for fabric products with vinyl designs such as aprons and potholders.

1) Wash In Cold Water
2) Hang Dry Only!
3) Do Not Iron the Design
4) No Bleach or Fabric Softener During Washing

We are available to respond to questions during normal business hours, 8am-5pm PST.

Holiday Cut Off Times

Expect delays during the holiday season and purchase early! During the holiday season we have cut off days so your packages will arrive on time. Orders must be placed by the following dates:

1) Valentine's Day Cut Off Day is February 5th
2) Christmas Cut Off Day is December 5th - First Class Mail
3) Christmas Cut Off Day is December 12th - Express Shipping

Shipping Delays

Daisy Lane is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carrier. Most orders are shipped via United States Postal Service. The USPS shipping times can be affected by weather, natural disasters in specific areas and unforeseen occurrences. Daisy Lane will keep you up to date on delivery delays. Orders will not be refunded due to shipping delays outside of our control or refunded for orders still in transit due to carrier delays.

Free Shipping

If you have received free shipping with your order, Daisy Lane reserves the right to select the shipping method. Most often, this method will be USPS First class mail. If Etsy has given the option for priority shipping, Daisy Lane reserves the right to use another shipping method, including one that may take longer to arrive.
