4 out of 5 starsGreat gift, my in laws were very happy with it. Customer service required lots of follow up but were very helpful once we got to the final stages. Their new system should be more prompt but plan on your project taking a while if you have multiple revisions

Thanks for the review, Emily! We have completely transitioned to the new system, so the proofing back and forth is gone: you make your tree exactly how you want it and see it live in the browser, and when you’re ready, you submit it to printing for us. It’s amazing and so much faster!
