5 out of 5 starsI highly recommend ordering from this shop! The bracelets that I ordered were more stunning than the pictures showed. Debra was so sweet and kind to message with. She messaged and kept me updated with the entire process, from start, sent pictures for approval, finished product and when the product was shipped. I ordered 1 bracelet and was so pleased with it, I ordered 2 more bracelets. I do plan on ordering more products in the future. 5++++++++ stars for sure!!!!!!

Necklace Sizing details
Please follow the instructions below when sizing for sizing a necklace:
Necklace: You can use a fabric measuring tape and wrap around your neck to the area you want the necklace to lay. You can also use string/ribbon, Mark it to get your sizing. For a drop or pendant necklace remember to consider the drop length of the pendant.
If you already own a necklace that sits at your preferred length:
Lay the necklace flat on a level surface, ensuring it's straight with no kinks. Use a ruler or measuring tape to measure from end to end, including the clasp.
Care instructions
Put your jewelry on after you have put your make-up, perfume, hairspray on. Chemicals in these products can damage your jewelry. As well as chlorine, so please don't go swimming with your jewelry on.
Use a polishing cloth to clean your jewelry especially for crystals, pearls and gemstones.
Clean newly purchased and existing ear wires with hydrogen peroxide or alcohol to keep bacteria out.
Plated jewelry can tarnish due to moisture. Exposure to water, humidity, and even perspiration can cause the base metal underneath the plating to react and oxidize, leading to discoloration and a dull appearance. Proper care, including keeping jewelry dry and storing it properly, is essential to prevent tarnishing.
Returns
In regards to returns. The majority of my items in the shop are custom made-to-order to your specifications. While I do not accept returns due to the nature of the jewelry as well as for hygiene reasons (earrings, hair accessories). I will work with you if you're not satisfied. I will consider an exchange or store credit. For certain circumstances a refund can be applied minus shipping cost and a 30% restocking fee due to the labor/design time spent.
Earring Weight
Generally any earring that is 2.00 inches or longer will have some weight to it. But, what is "heavy" to someone, may not be for someone else. It depends upon the individual.
Braccelet Sizing details
Adults Bracelet Sizes Reference Chart:
x- small 5-6"
small 6-7"
med 7-8"
large 8-9"
Wrist size is based on bone structure. It is highly recommended to size your wrist.
Please follow the instructions below when sizing your wrist for a bracelet or watch/bracelet:
Measure your wrist w/a fabric measuring tape, a strip of paper, a piece of string or ribbon. Wrap near your wrist bone at the smallest part of your wrist. If using paper, string or ribbon Mark the paper, string or ribbon, measure it against a ruler to get your actual size. Generally, .25" is added to that size for a fitted look, .50" for some draping.
Choking Hazard
CHOKING HAZARD WARNING: This jewelry is Not intended for children. It is for Adult Use Only. Contains small parts.
Babies and young children may choke on beads or small parts therefore please use my products with care around small children.
Proposition 65 Lead Law
WARNING: Jewelry components like plated or crystal components, can contain lead, a chemical known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm. Wash hands after handling. For more information regarding California Lead Law, Please See Shop Policies.
Many components deemed suitable by California for use in retail jewelry still require Prop. 65 labeling. For example, crystals and other leaded-glass parts require a Prop. 65 "lead warning" label even though they are Class 1 suitable materials under California's "lead in jewelry" law for adults. Not suitable for babies or children's jewelry. The CDC recommends that children should not be allowed to wear jewelry that may contain lead.
Cancellations
Cancellations: accepted
Request a cancellation: Within 24 hours of purchase to receive a full refund.
If you request a cancellation after the 24 hour period, you are eligible for a store credit.
Custom Orders
A small design fee is applied to custom orders for the design time spent and labor involved to make your customized piece(s). Coupon codes are not applicable to custom orders.
Damaged/Lost Items in Mail
Unfortunately, I am not responsible for damaged or lost items in the mail.
DAMAGED ITEMS:
Please contact USPS for any Damaged Items received in the mail. Shipping insurance is applied to your package and you are covered. If you need assistance with the procedure, please contact me. I am more than happy to assist you in the process.
LOST ITEMS:
Please contact USPS first for any Lost Items in the mail. If your package was stolen contact your local police.
