How are the prints packaged?
All A4 and A3 prints are carefully packaged flat in sturdy, protective materials to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Are the A3 prints damaged by using cylinder tube packaging?
No. The prints are fine and come with no creases or other damage to them. They will flatter out over time or when put into a frame / stuck on the wall.
Do you accept returns?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the arrival of your order, in line with applicable consumer regulations.
To be eligible for a refund, prints must be returned in their original packaging and in their original condition. Items that have been damaged, marked, altered or otherwise used may not be eligible for a refund.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Personalised or custom-made items are not eligible for return unless they are faulty or not as described.
Digital downloads are non-returnable and non-refundable.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
When are Delivery Upgrade orders dispatched?
Delivery Upgrade orders are dispatched next day (order before 13:00).
Delivery Upgrade orders purchased on a Saturday will be sent out on Monday.
What size are the prints in the listing images?
The listing images are mockups from an artificial environment. Meaning that they are not real and are simply used to display the designs in different settings.
Can I receive a digital download without personalisation?
Unfortunately not. Due to previous issues of misuse, this is not something that is offered.
Do your prints come with frames?
No, frames are not included. All prints are sold unframed, as stated in the listing.
Custom and personalised orders
Due to the nature of customised and/or personalised orders, returns are not accepted.
Can I make a request?
Please send all custom requests through Etsy messages before ordering. Requests added in the order notes may not be seen and cannot be accommodated.
