Custom and personalized orders
I do allow for custom orders! Please message me and if it is something I can make, I will create a custom listing just for you to purchase! Same thing goes if you want a mismatched pair that I do not currently offer as mismatched.
Care instructions
Earrings and other jewelry can be pretty fragile! While my earrings are sturdy, please still be sure to not handle your dangles roughly. Also, know that during packaging and assembly your earrings have been in a totally clean and sanitized environment. If you need to clean your earrings for whatever reason, just be careful and mindful of materials used so they do not tarnish.
Why don't you do returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of my items, it is unsafe to accept returns or exchange of these items. Plain and simple, it isn't safe to resell jewelry that has been possibly previously worn. However, I will be more than happy to offer you a discount if there is ever any issues with your items or your order in general.
