Custom and personalized orders
Welcome custom order, in order to make it more effective you can send me the pictures/link of the item you'd like to customize, and then tell me material and stone specs etc, we'll reply you with a quotation within 24 hours.
Where are you selling the items to?
We shipped item from US, we offer free domestic shipping and international shipping to Canada, all over Europe and Australia.
Regarding the ring size
Please note that we don't provide free resizing services.
We are using standard US size, we suggest you have your finger sized in local jeweler before ordering, that would be much easier for both sides to process the items. Or you need to ship the items back and forth, which might bring troubles for both of us. If you are from Europe and Australia, please tell me your local size and we can help you to choose the right size.
Gift wrapping and packaging
We wrap all items with beautiful ring box, and put them in carton box. We can also offer gift card, if you need one please leave your gift message in order note when you place the order.
What is your policy on returns and exchanges?
All our rings are handmade to order upon receipt of your order. Due to their customized nature, we only accept returns or exchanges for items with verified quality defects. If you request a return or exchange for reasons unrelated to quality (e.g., size or style preference), a 15% restocking fee will be applied to cover production and processing costs.

Warranty Policy
All products include a 90-day warranty covering free repair or replacement for quality issues resulting from normal wear.
