Standard Returns
I accept returns for eligible, non-custom items within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible, the item must be returned in its original, unused condition.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds are issued after the item is received and inspected.

Items That Cannot Be Returned:
Unless damaged or defective upon arrival, I do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:
- Custom-made or personalized items (e.g. hand-painted scarves, garments made to order).
- Items created according to specific color, size, or design requests.
- Worn or hygienic accessories;

Important for EU & UK Buyers – Right of Withdrawal:
Under EU and UK consumer protection laws, buyers typically have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of delivery.
However, this does not apply to custom-made or personalized products, including hand-painted, made-to-order items.
By purchasing such an item, you acknowledge and agree to this exception.

For non-custom, ready-to-ship items:
You may cancel the order within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is your responsibility, and the item must be unused and in original condition.

How to Request a Return or Cancellation:
Please contact me through Etsy messages with:
- Your order number.
- Reason for the return.
- Photos if the item is damaged;

Once your request is approved, I will provide return instructions.

Please Note:
All of my items are handmade and one-of-a-kind. Slight variations in color, brushstroke, or texture are part of the nature of the artwork and are not considered defects.
