Necklace
14" (36 cm) – Fits closely around the neck like choker. (There are also customer feedback that this length is still too short for children, more like the size of a baby, just for reference)
16” (41 cm) – It's standard short. Falls at the base of the neck around your collarbone area.
18” (46 cm) – A common choice that will fall slightly below collar bone.
20” (51 cm) – Falls around bustline.
22” (56 cm) – Lays at or above top of bust.
24” (61 cm) – Lays at or just below center of bust.

Bracelet
Length: 6.7 and 8.7 inches, all our bracelets come with 2'' (5cm) extender.

Ring
Sizes are between 5 to 10 us numbers.

A soft polishing cloth is included in the package for daily cleaning.

In order to extend the life of this plated piece, remove jewelry when sleeping, exercising, or doing other physically strenuous activities, as prolonged contact with sweat will cause the plating to wear away faster.

In addition, avoid perfume, water, body oils and other chemicals, including household cleaners.

Never use chemical jewelry cleaners as these will wear away at the plating.

If you don't wear it, please keep the jewelry properly without exposing to air or humidity.

Sadly, we do not offer this service at the time. All our name jewelry are well-crafted. We design the drawings first after receiving the your personalization, and then the our craftsmen begin to prepare materials and concentrate on making. Finally, after repeated inspection of details and quality, the package will be carefully packaged before delivery. Time for the production process is necessary, please understand.

We are able to accommodate corrections if the incorrect address is caught by the customer before the order ships.

If your package has been sent to the wrong address, we will contact you once the item gets returned to us. You will be held responsible for the cost of shipping the item to the correct address. Typically $3-5 for domestic shipments, and prices vary for international shipping.
