Estimated shipping times (once dispatched) :

UK: 1- 3 days (Royal Mail 1st Class, non-tracked)

Europe: 1- 2 weeks (Germany & The Netherlands only, non-tracked unless upgraded)

USA & International: 1-3 weeks from date of dispatch (Tracked)

These are estimates — your order may arrive sooner or take a little longer depending on your local postal service. I always do my best to get your order to you safely!

Many orders arrive safely with standard post, but delays can happen, especially due to customs.

If your order hasn’t arrived after the estimated time, please send me a message so I can help.

UK & EU orders are non-tracked unless you upgraded before ordering. International orders outside the UK & EU are always tracked.

If your order was non-tracked, please check with your local post office or customs — they may be holding your parcel.

I’m happy to provide proof of postage and will also contact Royal Mail to see if they can help, but please understand that without tracking, information can be limited.

We all make mistakes! If you spot a mistake in your address, please message me as soon as possible.
I’m always happy to update it if your order hasn’t shipped yet.

I do dispatch quickly, so it’s best to double-check your address before placing your order.

If your order has already been sent, I won’t be able to change or recall it, and unfortunately I can’t take responsibility for parcels lost due to an incorrect address.

Items sent outside the UK may incur customs charges, taxes, or fees. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. I’m not responsible for any customs fees or if an item is not collected.

If your tracked order is held by customs, please contact your local customs office directly, as they may require additional information to release your parcel. Customs procedures vary by country, so while I’m happy to provide proof of postage, I’m unable to assist further with these processes. Prompt communication with customs usually helps avoid delays or returns.

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail. UK and EU orders are sent without tracking by default. You can upgrade to tracked or signed-for shipping at checkout or by messaging me before ordering.

Non-EU orders are always sent tracked.

Please note, Designing Liefde is not responsible for lost or delayed parcels sent without tracking. Only orders sent with tracked or signed-for shipping are eligible for refund or replacement if lost.

I’m always happy to provide proof of postage for every order.

Yes! If you place multiple orders, you can request combined shipping by adding a note in the “Message to Seller” box on your additional orders. I’ll then send your items together to save on shipping costs. Any extra shipping fees you’ve already paid will be refunded.
