Due to corona virus, returns and exchanges are no longer accepted. However if there is a problem with your item or unsatified, please contact me.

For custom and personalized orders FULL payment is required before the start of the piece. Custom orders can not be cancelled and are non-returnable and non-refundable

1. Whatever you do, don’t pull on one end of the jewelry to stretch it over your hand,finger,foot or body. It stresses the elastic and eventually, it will snap. To keep your stretch jewelry in tip-top shape, roll the beads over, if possible, stretching the elastic as little as possible.

2. If you never take off your elastic jewelry, it is being exposed to chemicals that are breaking down the elastic over time. The shampoo and soaps in the shower, hair sprays, perfume, body lotions, and sunscreen all do their part to help break down and weaken the elastic over time, eventually causing it to snap. Take elastic bracelets off before applying lotions or sprays. Ideally, don't wear them in the pool or the ocean either.

This is due to an incomplete address or no forwarding address.
Example: Apt # not listed. Example: You moved but did not put a forwarding address with the U.S.P.S

Please verify your address before finalizing payment to prevent this from happening.
Please include Apartment numbers.

If a package is sent back to seller (DUE TO AN INCOMPLETE ADDRESS) or (NO FORWARDING ADDRESS) and a new shipping label has to be printed, the buyer will cover the new label cost.

If package has been returned because the buyer left no forwarding address, the buyer will have to cover the cost of new label.

If your package seems to be lost please use the tracking number provided and contact the post office first. Remember once it leaves me, it is in the post office's care.

Please contact me after you followed the tracking and item still hasn't arrived.

If you are unhappy with your item, I will refund the price of the item, minus the shipping. The item must be sent back to me in its original condition at your cost and I must receive it before you are issued a refund.
