Custom and personalized orders
Customization depends on the piece! In the listing description there will be instructions titled "HOW TO ORDER”. This will give details on the information we need from you.
Gift wrapping and packaging
All of our jewelry is individually packaged in a Diems branded jewelry box and thank you card. Also we will happily include a gift note! We never include a printed receipt, so your jewelry is ready to be gifted right out of the package.
I entered the wrong address on my order! What can we do?
Don't worry! Contact us right away and we will change the address on your shipping label.
If your order has already shipped, it’s too late to change the address at that point. If the package is returned to sender, we will reship it to an address of your choice.
If your billing address is entered incorrectly, not to worry! All billing and payment is handled through Etsy. If we receive an order, it means it was paid for.

Ordering the perfect size can be tough, but here is some info that can help:

Our jewellery is fine in style, and should be handled carefully. While our materials are high quality, we encourage you to take good care of your jewellery.
The below tips will help you enjoy your jewellery for many years:
• Keep your jewellery away from prolonged contact with water.
• Please remove the jewellery before washing hands, swimming or applying body care products such as perfume, hairspray, soaps and lotion
as this could harm the metals and reduce the lifetime of plating, as well as cause discolouration and loss of crystal brilliance.
• Put on jewellery last when dressing, and take off first when undressing
• Avoid contact with water
• Avoid hard contact which could cause scratches, chips and other damages.
