How do I download my order?
To access your digital files from your account:
1. Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your account.
2. Go to Purchases and reviews.
3. Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.
If you check out as a guest, you will receive an email from Etsy containing your digital file.
What is the format of the file that I will receive?
You will receive either individual PDF Files or a ZIP file. With zip files, once you unzip it, you will find your PDF files there.
Can I share or resell my purchases?
No. All purchases are for personal use and therefore unsuitable for resell.
Do you offer refunds?
No. As digital files are instant downloads, no refunds or cancellations can be offered.
What if I have a problem with my order?
