The seller service was 10 out of 10 and stellar communication, I asked for a different color on the inner part of the hat and was very pleased with the colors. The shipping and delivery was also very quick and everything was very well wrapped. I recommend it 10/10! And yes follow instructions, iron it!

5 out of 5 starsTetiana is super, super sweet, she is the sweetest seller on Etsy here I have ever met. This is my 5th item. In previous order i wanted some flower on my hat and she not hesitate to listen and implement it. Bear in mind she in Ukraine and that hat is 100% handmade so count in that regrading time. Please come and support her. I cannot recomend her enough 10 stars!!!
