All of our items are made-to-order, which means your shirt is printed just for you after you place your order. Production typically takes 3-7 business days, and shipping times vary depending on the carrier and destination. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

We use print-on-demand to create each item as it’s ordered, which helps prevent overproduction and waste. Because of this, we do not keep pre-printed inventory, and production time is needed before your item can ship. We closely monitor all orders throughout production and shipping.

At this time, we are not able to offer expedited production or shipping. Once your order is in production and has shipped, delivery timelines are determined by the printer and the shipping carrier.

We work with professional print providers who produce and ship your order. We do not personally run the printing equipment or handle shipping, but we stay involved and track each order’s progress from start to finish.

No — all items are printed only after an order is placed. This allows us to offer a wide variety of designs without contributing to unnecessary overproduction or landfill waste.

Because each item is custom printed, we can only accept returns if an item arrives damaged or if there was an error in production. Please review product details carefully before placing your order. If you believe there is a problem with your order, contact us and we’ll work with you to find a resolution.

As a small family-run shop, we handle all customer service through Etsy messaging. This allows us to keep clear records of each order and respond as quickly as possible while balancing our small business operations.

When your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information that allows you to follow your package. Please note: many carriers show an "awaiting item" or "pre-shipment" status during transfer points between the print provider and the carrier. This is normal and does not mean your package is delayed or sitting idle. Tracking will update as the carrier processes the package through their system.

While we work closely with our print providers to meet estimated production times, occasional delays can happen due to high order volume, supply chain issues, weather events, or carrier backlogs. These factors are outside of our control, but we monitor orders daily to ensure they stay on track as much as possible.
