Buyers have the right to return certain products for any reason by contacting me within 14 days. This 14-day period will start the moment you receive your order, rather than at the time you purchased it. I don't require customers to return any items unless you'd like a repair or alteration. Photo evidence will be sufficient for any discussion.

I don't require returns, based on the fact that I don't want to encourage more carbon emissions!

However, if your item arrives and you're not happy for ANY reason, send me a photo and some info, and I will gladly process a refund or a discount code if it seems fair to do so.
Your unwanted items can then be donated or recycled as you see fit. 🙏

I use fully recyclable packaging, including cardboard mail boxes, kraft paper bags, eco-stickers, and paper washi tape. I add organza gift bags if requested.
Everything can be recycled in your paper waste, except for organza cotton bags.

After an item is shipped, things have moved beyond my control. Shipping (particularly for international orders) can be affected by many outside influences. If you’d like an update, please contact me with your order number.

To minimise health risks and my carbon emissions, all orders placed before 6pm on Thursday nights are shipped on Friday mornings in one go. Any orders placed after this cutoff time will be shipped the following Friday.

Most UK orders therefore arrive on the following Mondays, but the Post Office may have delays in certain areas. If you need to upgrade your parcel from standard delivery, you can of course message me to arrange this.

I run flash sales from time to time, but I cannot refund previously purchased orders to then resell the same product/s at the discounted price, as I would have to pay out of my own savings to re-list the items and pay double the transaction fees. If an order has already been dispatched from my workshop, then it cannot be cancelled.

The buyer can return or exchange their item/s once it has been delivered, but the buyer must return the item/s within 30 days of delivery, and the buyer is fully responsible for return postage costs (unless there is a fault).

The buyer is responsible for any loss in value (as agreed upon with the seller) if an item isn’t returned in its original and resellable condition.
