This pillow came shipped with a very sweet note from the maker:) I'm still getting used to the pillow and adjusting the filling level. I don't have a full report yet on comfort for my personal needs. I think everyone will be different in that respect. Aside from that- this is a beautifully made pillow. You can tell it was made with care and experience. Would recommend to friends/family!

I'm delighted with my neck roll. It's beautiful in its own right, not to mention comfortable. It also brings home so many beautiful memories of my years living in Korea and enjoying its beautiful traditional crafts. Thank you so much!

As pictured and as listed! Not overly plush and not under-cushioned. Very cute design; love the frill edge!

They even left a cute little note 🥺 I'm using this cushion to add extra softness to my large cross-legged chair. It's very pretty.
