4 out of 5 starsHonestly from the pictures I thought this was going to significantly larger and more sturdy. It’s a good product and well made - but the size from the pictures is a bit deceiving. Seller is really nice and again good product - I’m not mad I bought, just thought they would be different (should have thought about the dimensions more)

The picture shows the largest, thickest version. You opted for the smaller, thinner version. So what’s shown in the photo is absolutely an option; you just chose to buy something else. We appreciate your business.

How long will it take to make and ship my order?
All of our items are made to order in our Carmel, Indiana workshop. Most items are ready to ship in 5–7 business days; larger, thicker, or more complex pieces can take longer — each listing shows its own production estimate.
How does personalization work?
Enter the name, year, or text you'd like in the personalization box on the listing. Personalized items are made exactly to the text you provide, so please double-check names and spelling at checkout.
Can I return or exchange a personalized or custom item?
Because personalized and custom pieces are made just for you, we don't accept returns on them — but if anything arrives wrong or damaged, contact us and we'll make it right.
What is the Christmas delivery deadline?
Order ornaments by December 15 for guaranteed Christmas delivery.
