This is kinda a hard one because when I ordered this it was saying the arrival time would be the day after I needed it. So I messaged her and told her the event date and if it was gonna be a problem to get it to me in time just let me know and I can go another direction. She said it was fine and would ship the next week so I would have it in plenty of time. The next week came and went and by Monday of the event date on Saturday I still hadn’t gotten notification of shipment. I messaged her checking on it.. “I dropped the ball” she was busy with other things and didn’t have time to get the smaller orders done. She did it really quick and we got it by Thursday so technically it all worked out ok. My thing is if I hadn’t asked about it I probably wouldn’t have gotten it. Item was as described and she always responded.

I received a custom set of shoe clips, and Anush was so helpful, patient and attentive to my requests for color matching. They are perfect, and I would highly recommend. Thank you!

Loved the bouquet! It was beautiful. We actually used this as a prop for my daughter’s senior pictures. Seller communicated the finishing touches before sending it to me - and it arrived on time. Highly recommended!
