Yes, we are proud to offer complimentary jewelry engraving with your purchase. Whether initials, a date, shared joke or romantic sentiment, our engraving services add a meaningful, distinct touch.
3. Do you sell certified diamonds?
Yes, we offer GIA and IGI certified diamonds, ensuring quality and authenticity for your purchase. Additionally, we specialize in Old Mine cuts and antique-shaped diamonds, providing timeless elegance and unique character with each piece.
4. Do you offer payment plans?
Absolutely! We provide flexible payment plans to make your purchase more convenient. Get in touch with us before placing your order, and we’ll help to set up a plan that suits you best.
5. How soon can I expect my order?
Our jewelry is crafted by hand, so production times vary. Generally, we ship orders within 1-2 weeks, but custom pieces may require extra time. You’ll receive updates along the way, and we’ll send a tracking number as soon as your item is on its way.
6. How do I order a custom jewelry piece?
Start by sharing your design ideas with us! We’ll work together on the design, confirm details like diamond and metals, and send you CAD previews for approval. Once you’re thrilled with the design, we begin crafting, ensuring it’s perfect just for you.
7. Do you accept returns? Please explain your return policy
Yes, we accept returns on listed (non-custom) orders within 21 days of the delivery date. The item must be returned in its original condition—undamaged and unworn. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot issue a refund if we do not receive the returned item.
Contact us before returning any item. Returns made without prior communication may not be eligible for a refund, and we can’t be held responsible for any loss or damage. If any repairs or modifications are done by someone other than us during the warranty period, the warranty will no longer be valid Also Customized or personalized jewelry and Loose diamonds are not eligible for the exchange, return and refund

Sure, After we receive the item, we will inspect it within 3 business days. Once approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. If the returned item is broken, scratched, or not in original condition, we will not be able to issue a refund.

Tracking Shows "Delivered" but No Package?
If your order is marked as "Delivered" but you haven’t received it:
Check all delivery spots around your home (porch, mailbox, garage, etc.).
Ask neighbors, family, or building staff if they accepted it.
Contact your local post office or courier with your tracking number for details.
Important: Once marked as delivered, Etsy considers the order fulfilled. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages after delivery is confirmed.
