I purchased an engagement ring from this shop about three weeks ago. The ring itself is absolutely beautiful—unique, well-crafted, and frequently complimented. We were thrilled with the purchase at first. Unfortunately, less than three weeks later, a prong broke under normal wear. When I contacted the jeweler, I was told it could be repaired “like new,” but only for a fee. When I asked about a warranty, the response became rude and dismissive. Without even seeing the ring, the jeweler blamed my girlfriend for the damage and insisted it was her fault. This is the second set I've purchased from this seller and it does not disappoint. I contacted right after ordering to see if a custom band could be added and the response was immediate. It was ready and shipped a week later.

Beautiful...just beautiful. I'm not sure what else I can say other than that. The ring exceeded my expectations. The jeweler was very easy to work with and the item arrived in time for my needs. But overall, I'm just happy that the ring is so pretty and high quality.
