I can’t wait to see and buy more of the products this shop designs. The seller of the shop provides great customer service and will answer any questions you have about any of the items. I have been buying from this shop since it first opened.

Will Digital Printable Items Be Shipped and Printed?
No, all digital printable items in ELRSHOP are instant download after making payment. You MUST print at home or upload the file to an online printing company or take the file to your local printing shop. ELRSHOP does NOT print or ship ANY digital printable products. FYI when purchasing a digital printable product please know that although you are providing shipping information it does NOT apply to digital printable items because that are downloadable. ALL Digital Printables are also non-refundable.
What items are considered as digital Printables (DIY)?
ALL items sold in ELRSHOP are considered as digital. We currently have digital affirmation cards and digital coloring books with more to come. The files are available after purchase in the format of a file.
Are the Shipping Reviews for the Digital Printable Products Accurate?
No, the shipping reviews are not accurate for the digital printable products. The option to provide a shipping review for digital products is a default that unfortunately is available to all customers after purchase even though no digital product is shipped to a customer. Please skip the default option to leave a review for the shipping if you purchase a digital product.
Does ELRSHOP accept refunds?
No, refunds are not accepted because once purchased digital files are made available to you as customers and that files cannot be returned and you have access to the product.
