Our toys are made from high-quality wood, such as ash, oak, beech, sapele and birch plywood.
They are smoothly finished, with no sharp edges and covered with linseed oil for protection.
Our toys are designed for safe play.

Our toys are recommended for children from the age of 5.
Adult supervision is required for younger children.

Orders are usually prepared within 3 business days.
For personalized items, production may take slightly longer.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via Etsy.

Estimated delivery time:
• Europe: 5-10 business days
• USA & Canada: 2-3 weeks
• Other countries: 2-4 weeks

Delivery times may vary depending on customs and local postal services.

• USA buyers can track via USPS or local carrier
• EU buyers can track via their national postal service
• Other countries - tracking continues once parcel reaches destination country

If tracking has not updated yet, please allow a few days - international tracking often activates after arrival in the destination country.

If your order total is under $800, you will not be charged additional import fees upon delivery.
Shipping prices include all customs taxes and import duties.
There are no extra costs upon delivery.

For orders under €150, Etsy collects VAT at checkout. You will not need to pay additional taxes upon delivery.
✅ United Kingdom
For orders under £135, Etsy collects VAT at checkout.
✅ Australia
For orders under 1000 AUD, Etsy collects GST at checkout.
⚠️ Canada
Etsy does not collect GST/HST for Canada. Import taxes and duties may be charged.

If taxes are paid on Etsy, your Etsy invoice serves as proof of payment and prevents double taxation.
If taxes are not collected at checkout, buyers are responsible for paying them upon delivery.

International tracking updates may take several days to appear, especially while the parcel is in transit between countries.

Please note that delivery services may experience delays, particularly during peak seasons (November–December).

Unfortunately, we cannot control postal delays caused by:
• customs processing
• weather conditions
• holiday overload

If your Estimated Delivery Date has not yet passed, we kindly ask for your patience.

If your order is significantly delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please contact us - we will gladly assist you.

If your item arrives damaged, please send clear photos of the product and packaging via Etsy message. We will offer a suitable solution, such as replacement parts or a replacement item.

Returns are accepted within 21 days of delivery according to our shop policy.
Items must be returned in original condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
