Can I get a discount?

Multiple item purchases automatically have postage discounts applied at checkout. Items are also often reduced in price by 5-10% every four months when they are unsold and relisted. We will combine and discount postage with purchases made across our shops on Etsy. Trade or wholesale customers making purchases of £1000+ should get in touch. We will always do our best to price match if you have found a matching item priced cheaper on Etsy. If you require further detailed explanation on our pricing and policies please get in touch or visit our website.

How quickly can I get this?

Items are usually dispatched within one working day from France. They typically arrive with customers 5-15 working days (1-3 weeks) after dispatch via our standard tracked and recorded delivery service. An express tracked and signed for upgrade is available at checkout and this usually takes 3-10 working days. We cannot guarantee any shipping times as we rely on assorted third parties for transit and cross border services. Please see our shipping policies for more detailed information on shipping.

Do you ship to ... ? How much is postage to ... ?

We ship worldwide from France via tracked and insured postage services. All standard international postage prices are found in individual listings by clicking on the shipping tab or scrolling down. International standard postage usually takes 1-3 weeks from dispatch to arrive with customers. Express signed for upgrades are available at checkout which are usually quicker. We give automatic postage discounts on multiple item orders at checkout. Any postage charge overages will be refunded after dispatch. Where are you based?

We are based centrally in Normandy in France but have a number of storage and outlet locations. All of our stock is stored and dispatched from France. Personal collection of all of our stock can be arranged from our shop or office in Lower Normandy, France with 24 hours notice.

Can you gift wrap this for me?

Yes of course for a small extra charge. We use white tissue paper and finish off with a brown ribbon We can also include a card. Let us know the message you would like to include and if requested we will send you a picture of the wrapped item and card before we send it off. Select the gift wrap option at checkout.

Do you have any more / similiar items than those listed?

The large majority of our stock appears on our two stores on Etsy. Nearly all of our stock appears on our own website (we always have more listing to do!). There is a chance that we may have different items and quantities than those that are listed here on Etsy immediately available from stock. We also keep tabs on a lot of outlets in our local areas and also have quite a network of colleagues throughout Western Europe, so we may be able to help source your special requirements. If you would like us to keep an eye out for something or source an item just let us know what you are after and your budget and we will let you know promptly if we can help.

Can I reserve an item?

Sorry. We no longer offer layaway or take deposits to reserve items.

What if I change my mind or just don't like my item?

We operate a love it, or return it, no quibble, refund policy. We appreciate that things sometimes do not fit in or suit quite as expected, and as a result we are happy to provide refunds due to the very nature of online shopping. Buyers will be responsible for return transit costs. To qualify simply supply tracking details of the returned item clearly marking the item as returned goods/unwanted on the package. We will issue a refund for the item upon receipt.

Customs duties and taxes

We ship from France. For purchases outside of the European Union import taxes or VAT may apply. Buyers are responsible for investigating and paying any import duties that may be due for importing vintage and antique items into their own countries.

If you refuse an item because you are asked to pay customs fees we cannot claim the original postage charge back and have to pay another charge to get the item returned to us. When the item gets back to us we can refund the item cost but not the postage cost. Please investigate customs duties first to avoid unnecessary costs for us both.

Please do not ask us to under declare in customs paperwork. This is illegal and can lead to fines of 1000's of Euros. Your item will also not be insured.

Can I arrange my own shipping?

Yes you can. We can only give final parcel dimensions and weight when things are safely packed up but many of our customers arrange their own shipping for collection from our store. Please note, the item will become your responsibility once picked up by your courier. Ask for further information.
