I’m Krishna, the founder of Ears Decor, and I’m excited to share our journey with you. Although I didn’t come from a family of jewelers, I’ve always had a passion for this field. With a Master’s in Business Management and a deep love for handcrafted jewelry, I took the leap into this industry.

In early 2019, I began by helping a friend with her jewelry brand, learning the ins and outs of the craft and packaging process. Inspired and motivated, I decided to start my own venture—Ears Decor.

Our items are handmade, and production times vary. Typically, orders ship within 1-2 weeks, but custom orders may take longer. You will receive updates and a tracking number once your item has been dispatched.

Yes, we offer flexible payment plans to make your purchase easier. Please contact us before placing your order to discuss the available options and set up a plan that works for you.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 21 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition. However, custom or personalized orders are non-returnable. Please contact us before sending any returns to confirm eligibility.

After delivery, if the buyer returns the product simply because they do not like it, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

If we agree to accept a return, the buyer may return the item after receiving our confirmation. The buyer must also share the return shipment tracking number with us. However, if the buyer returns the product without our prior confirmation, the buyer will be fully responsible for any consequences or issues that may arise.

To maintain the beauty of your jewelry, avoid exposing it to harsh chemicals, lotions, or perfumes. Store your pieces in a soft pouch or box and clean them regularly with a gentle jewelry cleaner.

Lost or Missing Package Policy

We actively monitor your shipment to ensure it arrives safely. Until your order is marked as delivered, we take full responsibility for its safe transit.

However, once the tracking information confirms successful delivery to your address, the responsibility shifts to you as the recipient. If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend contacting your local shipping carrier directly for further assistance.

Please note, in such cases, we cannot be held liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once delivery has been confirmed.
