5 out of 5 starsDownloading the PSD files takes time, but there are a lot of them so it is understandable, once you have the files though they are perfect and with such a large choice it is just what I needed. files are easy to use, all in all they are perfect.

HOW DO I DOWNLOAD MY FILE?
Typically, the download email arrives immediately after completing your payment. If there's any delay due to a
system issue, please inform us, and we will promptly send you the download link. If you encounter difficulties
using the Etsy app for downloading, we recommend trying it on a desktop computer. Please note that the Etsy
mobile/tablet app doesn't support the download feature.

WHAT ARE PICTURE FRAME MOCK-UP TEMPLATES?
Picture frame mock-up templates are digital templates that allow artists to showcase their artworks or designs in a realistic setting, without actually having to frame the artwork physically.
CAN I CUSTOMIZE THE TEMPLATES?
Our picture frame mock-up templates are available in PSD format, which is compatible with Adobe Photoshop CC and above. But you can also use Photopea which is a free web base tool that functions similarly to Photoshop.
DO YOU OFFER CUSTOMER SUPPORT?
Yes, we do offer customer support. If you have any questions or problems with the mockups, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to answer and help you as soon as possible. Since we do not have H24 service, we estimate an approximate time that can range from 1 hour to a maximum of 8 hours due to the different time zone factor that may exist between the buyer and the place where the service representatives reside.
WILL I GET INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO USE THE MOCKUPS?
Yes, in all PDF files and present a Google Drive link from which you can directly access all the files present "PSD and JPG" in addition there is a video that will explain all the steps to use the PSD. The use of the mockups is simple.
HOW BIG ARE THE FILES?
Because each PSD file may have custom features in the mockup, the files tend to be larger than usual. You can expect files to be between 50-300 MB in size per file.
CAN I USE THE PRODUCT OR PARTS OF IT IN MY OWN PRODUCTS AND SELL THEM?
You can use the set to create & display images for your social media, your blog, your shop and product presentation on Etsy or other online shops or pages and general preview purpose.
