Mailin on Oct 9, 2026
4 out of 5 starsThe product itself is good, but unfortunately, one out of eight sheets didn't work at all. All of them had a darker mark on them that looks like a fingerprint (even before exposure), and on some you can see the adhesive residue from the envelope they were shipped in. The shipping packaging could be more opaque, and the product's reliability could be improved. Update: The seller responded very helpfully to my criticism and is sending me a replacement. I will adjust my rating accordingly once I receive the new documents :)
Carla responded on Oct 9, 2026
Dear Mailin, I am so sorry that one of the sheets didn't work out as expected. it's possible that you didn't expose it enough? I have not had this issue before. Not sure but I appreciate your feedback and I have sent you a detailed analysis to help trouble shoot this and have also sent you a replacement to make sure that you also get perfect results from every sheet. A few imperfections are unavoidable as this is hand treated paper but incredibly rare. I can't thank you enough for being so kind and understanding 💙. With gratitude, Carla Rose 🌞 Thank you for being such a wonderful client ✨
