Let me tell you, thia keychain is beautiful. I tried to order one months ago, and due to tarrifs, it was unable to make it to me. The artist's customer service was amazing and she was so apologetic, I was issued a refund after she tried to send it a second time and it was again returned to her, no request even had to be made. The moment I saw her shop was open to the US again, i ordered and it was so worth the wait. It looks perfect in my RoyAi ita bag.
