Frequently asked questions
How to choose the right delivery option?
Above all, I want to warn you when choosing postage.
I have two options postage on offer. The cheaper version (standard delivery without tracking number) I’m not responsible for lost package or delivery delays. Delivery with tracking number (tracking number available so you can see where the package is located)If you have any questions, write to me, I’m here for you
When can I get a refund if my shipment is lost?
Refunds from my side are possible only if you choose delivery with tracking. Then I can file a claim at my post office and refund money for you for the lost package. A refund from my side is not possible in case of loss of a shipment with standard delivery without tracking.
