How should I print my digital illustration?
you can print the photo at home or at any of your local printing service shops. Examples would include Walmart, Walgreens, OfficeMax, Kmart, Officeworks ect. Let us know if you need any help getting it printed!
How can I cancel my order?
To ensure speedy delivery for you, we begin our work the moment you place your order. In case you need to cancel your order, please send us a message as soon as possible and we will cancel your order if we haven't started on your art. Cancellation requests after your portrait creation has begun won't be accepted.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Our current turn around time for digital files is approximately 6-24 Hours, but this time can increase during peak seasons (Christmas, Mother’s Day, Valentines Day etc).
I chose to receive my illustration as a digital file, how will I receive it?
If you have selected "Digital File", your finished illustration will be emailed directly to you, please make sure you check out with your correct email address as this is the address I will use. You will receive a JPEG or PNG file.
How do I upload my photo?
Once you have processed your payment and finalised your order, send us a message on Etsy and attach your photo with your name, order number & any other requests you may have.
Will I receive a physical product?
Please note that this is a digital file and that no physical item will be shipped.
Is it possible to add text to the photo?
Yes, please let us know your desired text through Etsy Message
How will I receive my Digital product?
We will send your file to your email and via Etsy Message. Please send your email address when sending your photo via Etsy Message
Can you Change the Pose?
No, I just draw like a photo.
