Custom and personalized orders

We accept returns if notified within 30 days of delivery. Request after this point will be denied.
We do not accept returns or exchange for the following;
-Custom Orders
-Bulk or Negotiated Orders (5 or more pillow covers)
-Damage / Used Items
Postage;
-Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
-Customer is responsible for loss in value if an item is not returned in original condition.

Sizing details

When available, all of our drop down menu options list pillow cover sizes. We suggest using a pillow insert 1-2 inches larger than pillow cover for a stuffed look. (ie 20x20 insert for a 18x18 cover)
There may be small variations in the finished size, as our pillows covers are handmade.
Please read individual item details before purchase.

Incorrect / Change of Address

Please ensure that you have the correct shipping address in your order. If you need an address corrected, please send us a cancellation request and resubmit your order using the correct address once we have cancelled.

We provide international shipping of our products. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs / import taxes.
