I contacted the seller with a query and she could not have been more helpful even though it was the weekend. Superb customer service, very quick replies to queries and the item was dispatched within 48 hours of ordering. The necklace itself is amazing in quality and finish. I could not be happier. What is hand stamping?
Hand stamping is a process where letters, numbers and designs are hammered one by one into metal to create impressions. Since it is done entirely by hand the letters may not always be perfectly aligned, although I try very hard to make them as perfect as possible! This should not be seen as a flaw, but instead adds to the charm of the items and ensures that your item is totally unique!
Because the letters are hammered into the metal, it gives a much deeper impression than engraving which means that your wording will last a lot longer. It also means that the metal is displaced, rather than being removed, which can result in marking on the back of the items. For this reason, I am only able to stamp on the fronts, and not the backs of pieces.
Care instructions
It is not recommended that you shower, bathe, swim or apply hairspray,body lotion or perfume whilst wearing your items.
The chains that I use are sterling silver which tarnishes so they may dull over time, but can be polished to bring back the shine.
It is possible for keyrings to become scratched over time by being pulled in and out of bags or pockets, or by keys scratching against them. It is recommended that keyrings are used more on keys that aren't in constant use, for example back door keys rather than car keys.
Some items are made from aluminium which is quite a soft metal and can scratch easily. Please try to avoid wearing them with other items of jewellery that can rub against them, and take extra care with keyrings.

Orders will be sent to the address supplied with the order. Please check carefully that you have given the correct address (especially if you have recently moved!), as I can't be held responsible if the address supplied is incorrect.

Damaged/Faulty/missing Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty item , please contact me within 14 days of receipt. I may ask for photographic evidence of the item and packaging as if it has arrived damaged, I will need this to file a claim with the postal service.
A replacement will only be offered once the damaged or faulty item has been returned to me. The cost of returning the item will be covered by me, when the item has been received. It is recommended to use a tracked service and the item must be adequately packaged.
If you do not receive an item you just let me know within a reasonable time of it being sent so that I can follow up with the postal service. After 6 months I am no longer able to track or file a claim them for lost items.
