Information I Collect

To fulfill orders, you will collect information provided by Etsy and potentially additional details if a customer contacts you directly, such as name, email, address, payment information, and order specifics.

Why I Need Your Information and How I Use It

Your information is collected and used to provide services (like fulfilling orders and customer support), based on customer consent (for marketing, for example), to comply with legal obligations (like tax laws), and for legitimate business interests (improving services and complying with Etsy's policies).

Information Sharing and Disclosure

Customer information is shared in limited circumstances. This includes sharing with Etsy as needed, with trusted third parties like delivery companies to fulfill orders, in the case of business transfers, and when necessary to comply with laws or protect rights and safety.

Data Retention

You will keep personal information only as long as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You need to specify the typical time period you retain data.
Transfers of Personal Information Outside the EU
Your information may be stored and processed in locations outside the EU through third-party services. If transferring information outside the EU, you will rely on Etsy's data transfer framework.

Your Rights

Customers in certain territories, including the EU, have rights regarding their personal information. These rights may include accessing, changing, restricting the use of, or deleting their data, objecting to processing based on legitimate interests or marketing messages, and the right to complain to a data protection authority.

How to Contact Me

You should identify yourself as the data controller for EU data protection law purposes. Provide contact information such as email address, postal address, and your Etsy shop name for customers to reach out with questions or concerns.
