Our canvases are printed with UV-resistant resin inks, which are manufactured via an eco-friendly, minimal waste, and solvent-free procedure.
These professional-grade inks are fume-free, allergen-free, PVC-free, non-combustible, non-flammable, and contain NO nickel or heavy metals.
Our gallery-grade wood frames are all locally sourced from renewable forests and officially certified by the Forest Stewardship Council. 🌲
❓ “When will my order ship?”
Average turnaround times:
- Square and rectangle canvases ship in 1 - 3 business days.
- 3-panel canvases ship in 4 - 7 business days.
Our canvas prints are sustainably made-to-order: production starts once an order is received.
This eco-friendly process means a bit of a wait, but ensures affordable prices for you by preventing overproduction waste and inventory storage costs. 💙

Our business days are from Monday to Friday (excluding USA holidays).
Shipping delays can unfortunately occur due to severe weather, holidays, etc.
But if you think your long-awaited order is lost, please message us ASAP and we'll help!
❓ “How fast is your shipping speed?” "Can you ship to PO boxes?"
Our typical shipping speed is 2 - 4 business days.
However, this time frame can vary due to uncontrollable shipping circumstances (like holiday activity, severe weather, etc.) so we thank you very much for your patience in advance!

❓ "Can you ship to PO boxes?"
Unfortunately, not at the moment. We regret that we cannot ship to these locations:

❓ "My order was scanned as 'delivered,' but it's missing."
Unfortunately, we regret that our store cannot take responsibility for a missing package that is officially scanned as delivered.
We urge customers to please try the following ASAP:
1. Look for a "Missed Delivery" slip. File a "Lost Package" report with the shipping company, and ask them for help.
2. Check with roommates or neighbors.
3. Check your side, back, or garage doors.
4. Visit your local post office; they may be holding your package or able to provide a location for your package's last scan.
5. Wait 48 hours (sometimes, a "delivered" package or part of an order may be running behind).
If you need help with any of these steps, please message us so we can assist! These tips often locate the missing package quickly.

⭐ Our canvas prints are lightweight and safe to hang from nails in drywall! For large canvas sizes, we recommend using multiple nails to even the load.

⭐ If your canvas arrived damaged, flawed, or misprinted, please message us ASAP within 15 calendar days of delivery. We'll work to make things right.
⭐ We print-to-order for all purchases, so we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange due to a change of mind or incorrect size choice.

❓ "Are the gold or silver areas of your artwork shiny, reflective, or metallic?"
No -- even though it would look lovely, we do not use shiny, reflective, or metallic inks on our canvases.
Please kindly note that all gold, silver, and bronze areas in our art will be printed with non-shiny color ink.
We've directly licensed each of our images from its original creator, and these gorgeous images may come in the forms of high-resolution photographs of paintings, digital art, scanned art, or photos.
After inspecting each image for quality and detail, we then respectfully print the original image as it is, without adding modifications like metallics.
Please rest assured that the art you see in our store is how your art will look when printed! 🤗
